2008-2009 Player Registration Information

Effective with the 2008/2009 season, USA Hockey has mandated that all players and coaches complete their registration electronically. In the past, GAHA registered their players and coaches by submitting the necessary information and fees for you. This year you must register online and pay the $35.00 fee ($30 goes to USA Hockey--$5 goes to the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association) via a debit, credit, or gift card. The fees do not apply to any player that is 6 years old (birth year 2002) or younger. These players still have to register online but will not be charged a fee.

Step 1
On Line Player Registration: Go to www.usahockeyregistration.com Fill in all of the necessary information and make sure you are registering for the 2008/2009 season. When you are done, you must print the registration confirmation. This document with the barcode is your receipt for payment and makes you eligible to play.

Step 2
Next you will need to click here and complete the GAHA Registration Packet. Once completed, you will need to bring all documents to one of our scheduled registration times or mail to GAHA, PO Box 181, Gladwin, MI 48624. Your account will be credited $35.00 upon receipt of your registration confirmation.

ALL REGISTRATION MATERIALS ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2008
